For shipment, we have added a tab ‘JET ORDER MANAGEMENT‘ in order panel, from which the merchant can create shipment for orders. The Order Details will be visible under this tab only if the order has been placed from Jet.com.
For this purpose :-
Go to Woocommerce > Orders >. All the orders will be shown here.
Click on the View button of the Pending order to open the Order View Page.
Go to ‘JET ORDER MANAGEMENT‘ tab, Click Acknowledge button to acknowledge the order.
After Acknowledge order, Here the merchant needs to enter the tracking number, Ship to date, Expected Delivery Date, Carrier Pickup Date, Qty ordered and Requested Qty Cancelled will be auto-filled for shipping purpose.
In the qty canceled field, the merchant needs to enter the quantity he is not able to supply at the time of orders, the qty canceled field will be not greater than Requested Qty Cancelled.
In the qty shipped field, the merchant needs to enter the quantity he able to supply at the time of orders , qty shipped field will be not greater than Qty ordered.
Product sku will reflect the sku of the ordered quantity.
If the merchant wants to send a Return location address then it can be done by selecting ‘yes’ from the drop-down.
It means if after order completion the customer generates a return request for this order then this product will be returned to the address set in the return location configuration.
When the merchant clicks on the Ship button, the order will be shipped.
Note :
Requested Qty Order = Qty Shipped + Qty Cancelled (Order Completed)
Qty Shipped + Qty Cancelled < Requested Qty Order (in progress)
Qty Cancelled <= Requested Qty Order
Qty Shipped <= Requested Qty Order
